Lenovo sees almost 13x more revenue from partners in their LEAP Channel loyalty program

LEAP (Lenovo Expert Achievers Program) created and managed by Motivforce, has operated globally on an annual basis since 2015 incentivising channel partners to sell Lenovo’s server and storage solutions. In 2022 LEAP was selected by Lenovo to bring together the new 360 channel partner framework and deliver on Lenovo’s objectives as an E2E solutions provider LEAP operates in over 100 countries, split into four regions (EMEA, North America, Latin America, APAC). It is delivered via a user-friendly portal giving participants easy access 24/7 to the program’s extensive educational and technical resources, sales incentives, customised personal dashboards, and rewards.

Motivforce developed the Lenovo LEAP (Lenovo Expert Achievers Program) structured around two components - Learn & Earn which awarded participants with points for completing educational modules online; and Sell & Earn which rewarded participants for selling eligible Lenovo server products. Points are redeemed for MasterCard gift cards or reloadable cards.
